The second event in the MODÆ: Talk series will explore the experience of Elsa Haertter. A travelling photographer, capable of bringing fashion off the set, in the 1960s Elsa interpreted clothes and places with exceptional creativity. Cities and exotic landscapes are the settings of her shots, where the patterns of clothes enhance architecture and colours, later recounted in the fascinating diaries of this visionary artist.
Marco Turinetto, Professor of the Department of Design, will dialogue with Giovanni Maria Conti, Coordinator of the Course of Studies in Fashion Design at Politecnico di Milano.
The event will take place on May 20, at 5.30 pm.
