Datathon 2025
When
On November 10, 2025, the new edition of DATHATON will take place, an event aimed at the entire community of Politecnico di Milano to discuss and implement Open Data strategies.
The guest and speaker at the event will be Sergey Frolov, Director of the Western Pennsylvania Quantum Information Core Facility and promoter of Open Data.
The program is as follows:
- 2:30 p.m. - Welcome and introduction to the event - Paolo Pozzi, member of the DFIS Open Science Committee;
- 3:00 p.m. - Open science and the reproducibility crisis in quantum computing (presentation in English) - Sergey Frolov, Director of the Western Pennsylvania Quantum Information Core Facility;
- 4:00 p.m. - Datathon activity - Informal discussion of data sharing strategies at the university and collective upload of data repositories.
