Educational project

The course aims to: - Provide greater sensitivity and knowledge of some general management tools that are increasingly relevant in the management of Operations; - Develop specific skills on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques in Industrial and Service companies; - Provide a broader and strategic vision of the role of Operations and Quality and therefore of the links they have with the business strategy and with other parts of the organization - Provide specific knowledge on the improvement of repetitive processes and development processes of new products.
