"A course designed for managers and professionals who want to gain a deep understanding of the impact of Artificial Intelligence on strategy, organizational models, and innovation. The program is structured into 4 modules, each delivered over two consecutive days per month, in a blended format: in-person sessions at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management campuses, with the option to join live via streaming. The first two modules are mandatory, while the third and fourth can be selected from five specialized vertical options. Combining theoretical and practical approaches, the program offers tools, methodologies, and real-world case studies to help participants apply AI effectively within their professional context."

"This executive course is designed to equip professionals with practical and up-to-date skills for applying Artificial Intelligence in real-world business contexts. The program begins with a hands-on module focused on using off-the-shelf AI and Generative AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and creative support. It then explores the regulatory landscape surrounding AI, covering essential topics such as compliance, cybersecurity, and data protection. In the final phase, participants can tailor their learning experience by selecting two specialized vertical modules from five available options. Each module offers in-depth insights into specific areas—such as Operations & Supply Chain, Marketing & Customer Experience, HR, Procurement, and Innovation—providing concrete tools, methodologies, and expert perspectives to support the effective and responsible integration of AI into their professional domain."

BACHELOR or Master of Science is required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university system.
