Description
The "Master in International Business and Digital Transformation is a unique pathway
for managers who are willing to upgrade their theoretical and practical knowledge on
international business and digital technologies, and to develop those skills that are
required to help their company in designing and managing a successful international
growth by leveraging digital technologies, thus giving birth to Digital Multinational
Enterprise (DMNE). We combine the complementary know-how of two prestigious
universities, i.e. Henley Business School, which can rely on a outstanding tradition in
the international business field, and MIP, which can count on a a very applied
knowledge and practitioner-oriented expertise in innovation and digital technologies. In
addition, in our courses we mix theoretical and practical lectures and we involve
students in project works to enable them to directly apply their learning in real
contexts.
Educational project
-Develop a comprehensive understanding and a holistic view of the international
business environment in the digital era
-Understand how policies and regulations established by governments and
supranational institutions affect the competitive environment;
-Use frameworks and methodologies to understand and manage the strategic
interaction among the key international business players, especially through digital
technologies;
-Learn how to evaluate cross-border opportunities and challenges in order to compete
within and across foreign countries using also digital technologies;
-Connect the 'micro' view of the individuals and firms with the 'meso' view of industries
and region and the 'macro' view of countries
-Develop analytical and pragmatic international business and digital capabilities and
cross-cultural interpersonal skills
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. For international applicants, the equivalent
qualifications of the respective university systems will be considered
