Department
DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA GESTIONALE
Description
The structure of the program is based on some basic value choices, structured in two segments. The first segment provides the necessary skills for participants to direct their professional contribution in the direction explained above, offering tools and techniques for strategic and data-driven human resource management, open to the use of new technologies and oriented towards sustainability and inclusion. The second segment of the offer, on the other hand, offers an innovative approach to traditional human resources management skills (employer branding, selection and recruitment; training and development of people; remuneration systems and performance management; organizational design and participation), showing their radical evolutions and how they are configured within the field described. As a whole, this program, which is typically aimed at professionals with consolidated experience, sees the sharing of classroom experiences as a key to the learning processes. It is therefore designed and delivered by integrating theory and practice and involving participants in frequent moments of discussion, through the continuous integration of teachers with consolidated expertise and experienced business professionals, all aligned with the value and cultural approach presented above.
Educational project
- Understand how methodological skills intersect traditional HR knowledge with business strategy, digital technologies and the use of data in decision making, sustainability and inclusion. This first objective responds to the need to "managerialize" HR knowledge and orient it towards organizations that put the person at the centre. - Understand specific comeptences such as employer branding, selection and recruitment skills; training and development of people; compensation systems and performance management; organizational planning and participation. This second objective responds to the need to provide an overview of traditional HR skills and their recent (radical) evolutions, consistently with the value horizon described above.
