Descrizione

In view of the entry into force of the UPC Agreement, the EPL Recap course of the University Politecnico di Milano is aimed at making a summary of the principal points on how the Unitary Patent system works, with a special focus on the opt out and the opt in for the European Patents in the transitional period and a summary on the organization and functioning of the Unified Patent Court.

Progetto Formativo

The course is intended for European Patent Attorneys being qualified to be registered as European Patent Litigators and whishing to refresh their preparation in view of the the entry into force of the Unitary Patent system.
