Career Day Startup
Meeting
For the first time at the Politecnico di Milano, the Career Day Startup arrives — an event entirely dedicated to the world of startups, scaleups, and spin-offs, offering students the chance to get to know some of the most dynamic and innovative realities in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to discover high-potential projects, meet directly with entrepreneurs, founders, and industry professionals, and explore new opportunities for internships, jobs, and collaborations.
How the Day Works
The morning will be dedicated to individual interviews with startups, reserved for students who have submitted their applications by October 23. After an initial selection process, shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to meet recruiters directly at the startups’ booths, engaging in focused conversations about open positions and ongoing projects.
In the afternoon, the event will open up to the entire Politecnico community — students and PhD candidates alike — for a more open and interactive experience. Participants will be able to visit the booths, talk with the teams, attend startup pitches, and take part in sessions designed to deepen their understanding of the innovation ecosystem.
The program includes:
- a Startup Pitch Session (2:30 PM), featuring short and engaging presentations from the participating startups
- a seminar "From Idea to Business: How to Find Funding to Get Started" (3:30 PM)
- the workshop “Find Your Co-Founder!” (4:15 PM – 5:30 PM), dedicated to those who wish to launch a startup or join an existing project
