The activities offered within PIE are the main way in which students can engage with innovation, develop new skills and turn ideas into high-impact initiatives. Each activity helps foster a culture of innovation that is open, inclusive, interdisciplinary and impact-oriented. They are designed to stimulate curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, entrepreneurship and personal growth, offering students tangible opportunities to get involved.
Workshops, seminars, hackathons, challenges, learning pathways, meetings with entrepreneurs, labs, community events, company visits, mentoring programmes and experimental initiatives all contribute to a rich and complementary offer. This diversity is essential in enabling every student to build a personal pathway within PIE, entering the ecosystem through different experiences and progressing over time across its three domains according to their interests, the skills they develop and their aspirations.
