The check-in for the Welcome Week will only be carried out during the access to the opening plenary. No registration needed, unless specifically stated, for other Welcome activities.
Student Identification
The identification is a compulsory procedure for all students.
Select the day you prefer and make sure that it does not overlap with the presentations and show up at the location and classroom listed in the below schedule.
Remember to bring your original document, preferably the same ID card or passport (no driving licence) you uploaded on your Online Services.

presentation Yes Milano will introduce their services and activities available for those students staying in Milano.
They will explain you what you need to do as far as the National Healthcare Service is concerned, and how to register as a temporary resident in Italy.

If you are a non-EU citizen, within 8 working days of your arrival in Italy, you have to complete a so-called “kit” to apply for a residence permit.
The International Students Office of Politecnico will explain step-by-step how to fill out your residence permit request.
The kit is available at all the post offices bearing a “Sportello Amico” sign, but will also be given to you at the end of the presentation and it will be available during the whole welcome week at the infodesk.

Get to know more about Politecnico’s past, present, and future by joining a guided tour of a thought-provoking exhibition space. The meeting point is inside the Rectorate - Building 1. You can join a tour within the indicated timeframe.

Get to know an exhibition about Politecnico and the Bovisa District, telling stories that can be traced back to the four departments that operate at the Bovisa La Masa Campus and their significant impact on the territorial and international development model promoted by the Politecnico.
In front of Building BL28, you will find directions explaining how to reach the exhibition. You can join a tour within the two aforementioned timeframes.

Embark on a thrilling treasure hunt adventure on campus to discover several useful locations during your stay. You will play divided into teams of 4-5 people so that you can meet other international students: whoever solves all the enigmas first will win a prize. We have organized 2 treasure hunts: one starts at 2:00 pm and the other at 3:30 pm. We invite you to show up 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the activity (based on the treasure hunt you have registered to) for the check-in.
The meeting point is in front of Building B30, you will find a desk of the Welcome Week.

Get familiar with the La Masa Campus and learn interesting facts about Politecnico with a tour led by a Polimi student which lasts around 40 minutes.
