Description
The course will start on October 3, 2023.The course will be held online, through the Microsoft Teams platform, and in person, in case at least six of the participants will be registered to attend the course in person. The course will end with three days of practical exercises for which the presence of all the participants will be mandatory. The final exam will be organized immediately after the exercises and it will comprise a first part with multiple choice questions and a second part with an open question
Educational project
The 2024 edition of the Industrial Property Course - Patents is aimed at providing a professional training in the IP field, with a specific focus on the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court. The course is aimed at the attainment of the Patent Litigator qualification according to R. 12 of the Draft rules on the European patent litigation certificate and other appropriate qualifications pursuant to article 48(2) of the agreement on a Unified Patent Court.
