Description
In relation to the goal of promoting the development of continuous education, the temporal structure of the Master in question involves the successive accumulation of academic credits through various coherent activities (classroom, distance learning, exercises, workshops, field projects) for a total of 60 credits, corresponding to an overall commitment of approximately 1,500 hours. The temporal structure of the university Master will be 18 months, with training modules of 2/3 days per month, in on-campus, live streaming, or blended format. The program is divided into several sections: 6 mandatory general management modules, a mandatory executive program in digital business transformation, a mandatory workshop consisting of 16 half-day sessions, an executive course chosen from those indicated, and finally a project work.
Educational project
This master is a university program designed to provide comprehensive and in-depth training in business management. The main objective of the master is to equip participants with the knowledge and methodologies necessary to understand business dynamics and to assume leadership roles within organizations. The program is particularly aimed at talented professionals working in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). These individuals, despite having a technical background, aspire to develop managerial and leadership skills to advance in their careers. Through a targeted curriculum, the master offers tools and strategies to effectively manage complex projects. The format of the Executive Master is designed to meet the needs of professionals who need to balance their education with their work activities. The lessons are structured flexibly, allowing participants to immediately apply what they have learned in their work context. This practical and work-oriented approach maximizes the impact of the training and accelerates the professional growth.
Requirements
Candidates holding a Bachelor or a Master of Science are eligible. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective University System.
