Description

The Master is aimed at Human Resource Specialists, Human Resource Managers, ICT Managers and their assistants, Entrepreneurs, Consultants and Professionals, interested in deepening the theme of organization and management of technological change, and concludes with a Project Work, which is carried out with the support of a Tutor from the POLIMI Graduate School of Management Faculty and consists in setting up and implementing a Project of corporate relevance, central to the role of the participant, consistent with the contents of the training course and which produces tangible results in the company. The Executive Master in People Management in the digital age is structured in 22 training modules of two days each*, which can be customized according to the participant's choice between Core modules, General Management modules and Elective modules. The Master offers the attendance of a Leadership program, an Outdoor training, a cycle of in-depth meetings as well as a Career Development program.

Educational project

The master is designed to allow students to acquire the skills necessary to design and re-design effective organizational structures, which are able to face a constantly changing context characterized by an increasingly significant technological component, and to engage their resources in this effort of continuous organizational change. In fact, technological innovation and organizational innovation today influence each other in a reciprocal way: on the one hand, new technologies, in order not to be passively endured, must be accompanied by a re-design of roles, processes and structures; on the other hand, it is increasingly evident how new technological tools can enable new organizational routines. From this point of view, the master offers a broad view on the logic and practices of organizational design and people engagement, both more traditional and more recently developed, in a context of technological change.
