The Master in Strategic Management trains professionals with analytical, decision- making, and multidisciplinary skills to tackle business challenges. The program integrates strategy, finance, marketing, operations, and accounting, preparing participants for managerial, entrepreneurial, and consulting roles. It offers four specializations: Banking and Finance for the financial and banking sector. Global Operations Strategy for supply chain and international operations management. Entrepreneurship and Family Business for startups and family enterprises. Consulting for strategic consulting and organizational change. In addition to technical training, the Master develops essential soft skills and fosters networking with industry experts. Graduates will be ready to manage business complexity and drive transformation processes in a global and competitive environment.

The Master in Strategic Management aims to develop analytical, decision-making, and multidisciplinary skills. The program provides a solid knowledge base to understand the business environment and apply learned concepts across various management areas. Students will learn to interpret data, assess competitive environments, and integrate multidisciplinary perspectives - from finance to marketing, as well as operations and accounting - to define effective business strategies. The goal is to train professionals capable of managing the complexities of the business world in managerial, entrepreneurial, or consulting roles. The Master offers four specialization tracks - Banking and Finance, Global Operations Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Consulting - designed to refine the specific skills required in each sector. This flexible structure allows students to choose the path that best suits their career aspirations, ensuring targeted and competitive preparation for the job market. In addition to technical training, the program places strong emphasis on developing soft skills such as leadership, effective communication, conflict management, and teamwork. Through workshops, mentoring, and interactions with industry experts, students will have the opportunity to build a strong professional network and enhance interpersonal skills, which are essential for success in management.

Candidates with a Bachelor or Master of Science Degree are eligible. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University System will be considered valid.
