Description
The master is aimed at young graduates and graduates, with professional
experience of
less than 3 years, who are interested in acquiring all the knowledge on the most
important pillars of a B2c eCommerce initiative. It makes use of close collaborations
with the industrial world.
Educational project
The master program Digital commerce and sales management will give the
participants strong knowledge on the most important pillars of a B2c eCommerce
initiative:
- the choice of the B2c eCommerce platform, with all the main features of the most
diffused solutions on the market
- the development of a marketing campaign (through both offline and online
tools/solutions)
- the distribution network design and the main choices regarding both picking and
last mile delivery solutions
- the design of an effective customer journey on the website
- the implementation of both an online B2c eCommerce strategy (including
additional channels with respect to the own website) and an omnichannel strategy
(to support the offline channel)
Each of the previous topic will be tackled with:
- Theoretical lessons
- Lectures by company mangers, working for the most successful B2c eCommerce
merchants
- Individual and team working on specific assignments"
Requirements
Candidates with a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degrees can be eligible.
