"Public administrations today stand at the center of a profound transformation, called upon to manage the complexity of decision-making processes, improve the quality of policies, and ensure the efficient use of resources. The program provides participants with a strategic vision and practical tools to face these challenges, strengthening their capacity for policy and public spending analysis, evaluation, and planning. Through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates public economics, policy analysis, regulation, and data management, the course helps officials, managers, and professionals develop the skills needed to lead change and enhance the quality of administrative action. Classroom activities and practical workshops foster experiential learning, with particular attention to digital applications and the use of data to support public decision-making."

Bachelor or Master of Science degree ie required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university systems.
