"The Executive Course focuses on the following core competencies for anyone who wants to promote a creative approach in innovation management: •Develop the ability to combine analytical and intuitive thinking in the different stages of innovation and transformation processes through collaboration with emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI): from needs analysis to identification of technological opportunities, from architectural design to market launch. •Develop the ability to design experiences that are not only functional, but also enjoyable and meaningful for people using innovative products and services. •Develop the ability to accelerate design processes through the adoption of innovative experimental attitudes and able to exploit the opportunities offered by emerging technologies (e.g. Augmented Reality). "

In an environment of increasingly complex challenges, managers, leaders and professionals must have the ability to combine analytical skills with creative attitudes. They must also be able to consider the impacts of innovation projects on the people to whom they are directed, as well as the indirect effects generated in society. In a constantly changing environment, it becomes essential to orient and consciously exploit the opportunities offered by emerging technologies such as GenAI, Big Data, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, etc.

bachelor or master of science is required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university systems.
