"The Executive Course focuses on the following core competencies for anyone seeking to promote a systemic approach and oriented towards generating economic, social and environmental value in the strategic management of innovation projects: •Guide, promote and stimulate innovation and transformation processes through vision-driven approaches and systemic thinking. •Imagine, represent and implement future scenarios that are only possible or probable, but also desirable for society. •Design not only functional, but also enjoyable and meaningful experiences for people using innovative products and services. "

In an environment of increasingly complex challenges, managers, leaders and professionals must have the ability to combine analytical skills with creative attitudes. They must also be able to consider the impacts of innovation projects on the people to whom they are directed, as well as the indirect effects generated in society. In a competitive environment marked by high uncertainty it is essential to strengthen the capacities of imagination and realization of future, not only possible but also desirable.

Bachelor or master of science is required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university system.
