Description
The Executive Course in Research Valorization and Technology Transfer guides participants through the entire process of transforming research results into economic and social value. The program is structured into four modules that address different phases of this process: starting with the evaluation of scientific results and the protection of intangible assets, with particular focus on managing patent portfolios; continuing with the design and management of valorization initiatives such as proof of concept, licensing, and collaborations with corporate partners. Next, the course explores models and processes of technology transfer, analyzing market entry strategies and the role of open innovation in business dynamics. Finally, it addresses the creation and development of spin-offs, with a focus on economic sustainability, attracting investment, and negotiating with business angels, venture capital funds, and corporate venture capital.
