The Executive Course in Research Management offers a comprehensive path to address all phases of the lifecycle of funded research projects, from identifying funding opportunities to ensuring post-grant sustainability. Through four intensive modules, participants gain key skills to navigate diverse funding programs, develop successful strategies for international funding, craft robust grant proposals, and effectively manage resources and partnerships. The course places strong emphasis on practical exercises, simulations, business cases, and workshops, supported by faculty members and industry experts. Finally, the program concludes with activities focused on impact assessment, results dissemination, and building lasting relationships with funders, ensuring continuity and value for research initiatives.

The course aims to: provide tools to map and identify the best funding opportunities in the field of Research and Innovation (R&I); develop strategies to expand and diversify funding portfolios; transfer methodologies for writing competitive proposals and managing grants; strengthen skills in project management, impact assessment, and results communication; support the design of sustainability plans and the establishment of strong relationships with funders.

Bachelor or master of science is required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university system.
