Description

The course aims to deepen the understanding of key concepts such as Digital Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Digital Strategy by providing models and tools for their analysis and management. It enhances managerial and entrepreneurial skills to leverage digital technologies in consolidating or creating new business models. Additionally, the course equips participants with the ability to assess the impact of digital technologies on private life and organizations, fostering the design of new organizational models and business processes that are flexible and collaborative, while also managing change effectively.

Educational project

The course aims to provide a deep understanding of digital as a strategic lever for business, measuring its impact and value. Participants will gain skills to create innovative business models, from idea to concept, using the "lean startup" approach. They will also learn how to prepare organizations for innovation, manage change with modern methodologies, and tackle digital transformation in terms of structures, roles, skills, and processes to successfully lead change.

Requirements

bachelor or master of science is required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university system.
