"The International Master in Healthcare & Life Sciences Innovation and Management is an intensive 12-month program, international in scope and delivered entirely in English. The program is designed for graduates and young professionals from any academic background who share the ambition of making a concrete impact in the world of life sciences. Its goal is to provide a comprehensive education that integrates managerial, scientific, and strategic skills, preparing participants to manage innovation and address the challenges of a complex and rapidly evolving sector. The Master unfolds through an experiential learning journey: six months of classes and practical labs on management, R&D, strategy, operations, and digital innovation, followed by a project work or internship of up to six months in partner companies. The experience is further enriched by hackathons, company visits, seminars with industry leaders, and networking activities with alumni and professionals. Thanks to this approach, students gain not only a solid theoretical foundation but also practical and cross-functional skills in project management, problem solving, communication, and leadership."

The program is designed for graduates and young professionals from diverse backgrounds who are eager to gain a systemic vision of the entire value chain — from research and development to production, from supply chain to market access — and to transform ideas into concrete solutions that improve people’s lives. The program is based on an experiential learning journey that combines lectures, workshops, hackathons, company visits, and up to six months of internship in leading companies in the sector. This approach fosters not only advanced theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in problem solving, project management, and cross-functional teamwork. Students will also be encouraged to reflect on their role in creating sustainable value for society and to develop skills in responsible leadership, effective communication, and strategic negotiation. At the same time, exposure to emerging technologies, startup culture, and future industry scenarios will provide the tools to anticipate transformations and drive change. In summary, the Master aims to train conscious innovators and managers capable of combining analytical rigor, human sensitivity, and entrepreneurial vision, ready to operate on a global scale in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech industries, and beyond."

Candidates with a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree are eligible. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective university systems will be considered valid.
