The executive course will provide participants with the following skills: - Know how to analyze the competitive scenario and recognize how operations can contribute to the creation of a competitive advantage - Know how to set a strategic plan for operations to improve the business - Develop an analytical approach to improve operations in service and manufacturing realities - Know how to design and implement a strategy for improvement in operations.

- Provide a new and broader view of the role of Operations in defining and supporting corporate competitiveness and therefore of the links with other parts of the company (organization, product development, purchasing, etc.) and with other companies in the logistics chain (suppliers, distributors, service centres, etc.) to optimise competitiveness at the level of the entire supply chain; - Provide specific knowledge on the improvement of processes in all areas of the company, improving coordination skills regardless of the role; - Acquire in-depth specific skills to bring innovation and process improvement in the company (manufacturing and services): value flow analysis, information flows review, efficiency improvement, Cost reduction, task planning, quality improvement, visual management, supplier relationships, organisational roles, etc. , providing effective and immediately applicable tools to the participants to obtain significant benefits in their own reality in a short time.

Bachelor/Master of Science is required. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university system.
