The Evening Executive MBA is a program that combines online lessons and face-to-face lessons and has a duration of 17 months corresponding to a total of 72 ECTS Students will be able to customize their own path by choosing four Inspring Workshops, that is, in-depth paths with respect to topics of particular interest. At the end of the training course the final project (project work) is expected for a total of 15 ECTS; the project work, carried out in groups of up to five students, can be carried out at the company of one of the participants or relate to the development of a new business idea.

The Executive MBA is designed to meet the management training needs of graduates in technical, economic and humanistic disciplines already engaged in work activities, who feel the need, in a path of continuous improvement, to adapt their skills to the managerial role in which they are called upon to operate by their companies. Part of the training programme is also dedicated to the development of Human Capabilities and Purpose. The Executive MBA delivered through training methods that, rather than providing a series of theoretical notions, tend instead to favor teaching based on practical aspects, discussion of business cases and with strong interaction between participants and the lecturer.

The course is reserved to graduates holding a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University System will be considered.
