POLIMIFEST 2026

POLIMIFEST 2026, now in its 11th edition, is the Politecnico di Milano’s summer festival, featuring free performances, film screenings, and concerts open to everyone.

The theme “Technology for Humanity” continues to inspire and connect the different events in the programme, placing the dialogue between innovation, culture, and society at its core.

The 2026 edition stands out for its strong integration within Milan’s cultural landscape, thanks to collaborations with prominent partners such as Piano City Milano, FringeMI Festival, and Milano Film Festival, reinforcing the Politecnico’s role as a cultural hub open to the city.

The programme unfolds through a series of events held between May and June at Campus Leonardo, offering a multidisciplinary journey that brings together music, theatre, and cinema:

• a piano concert in collaboration with Piano City Milano, blending music, science, and creativity;
• a theatre performance from the FringeMI Festival, exploring the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence;
• a film programme curated by the Milano Film Festival, featuring screenings and critical introductions to explore contemporary themes through cinema.

A journey across arts and science designed to engage and inspire audiences of all ages, highlighting the value of cross-disciplinary exchange.
