Description
The HR Business Leader Executive Pathway was designed together with a number of
companies that are part of the POLIMI GSoM's corporate structure. In order to
incorporate the field experience of the companies involved, each module will feature a
direct testimony or roundtable discussion in which key HR actors from the companies
that have participated in the redesign process will discuss with participants and faculty.
Educational project
- To build global competencies related to the different activities that make up the field
of Human Resource Management, with the aim of guiding its changes and welding them
to the corporate strategy.
- To develop the participant's ability to impact the practices of the organization to which
they belong, addressing topics such as the redesign of the HR Department from a
strategic and change support perspective, the adoption of operational and financial
measures to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided by the
HR Staff.
- To offer companies of origin a learning environment that combines training with the
possibility of comparing their HR practices with those of other companies, with
structured opportunities for visibility within the company to which they belong through
Project Work or guided reflection on their key transversal competence to be developed
and individualized support for its development in the field through Counselling.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. For international applicants, the equivalent
qualifications of the respective university systems will be considered
