The specialization in Digital Lobbying & Public Affairs Management was created as an executive path to train professionals with a high degree of specialization, able to operate in the field of institutional relations and communication, with a focus on the most innovative tools and methods available today.Educational project
The course aims to provide the institutional relations professional with a set of digital tools that, by innovating traditional modes of action, supports him/her in the interpretation of the dense network of interactions (online and offline) between institutions, authorities, media, citizens, businesses and interest groups that, acting in the public space, contribute to shaping rules, decisions, laws and public policies. Knowing how to read and interpret this context, also with the support of smart data and digital technologies, leads to unexplored opportunities and allows a deep rethinking of advocacy and lobbying activities in a strategic sense. In this perspective, organizational innovation and knowledge management become enabling factors for the planning of medium and long term actions.Requirements
