Description
The Executive MBA is a program that combines online lessons and lessons in
attendance
and has a duration of 20 months that corresponds to a total of 75 CFU. Students will be
able to customize their own path by choosing an Elective course, that is to say in-depth
courses on topics of particular interest.
At the end of it, the final project (project work) is foreseen for a total of 15 CFU; the
project work, carried out in a group, can be carried out at the company of one of the
participants or concern the development of a new business idea.
The Executive MBA will start in November 2023 with a deadline of June 2025.
The Executive MBA Master's degree is provided entirely in English for foreign and
Italian
students who need an excellent knowledge of English. It is a part-time program that
combines online lessons and lessons in attendance and has a duration of 20 months
that corresponds to a total of 75 CFU. Students will be able to customize their own path
by choosing an Elective course, which is an optional in-depth path to topics of
particular
interest.
At the end of the training course the final project (project work) is foreseen for a total

The sessions in attendance will take place in a European office that is being defined.

Educational project
The Executive MBA was designed to meet the managerial training needs of graduate
students in technical, economic and humanistic fields already involved in work
activities,
who feel the need, in a process of continuous improvement, to align their skills to the
manager role in which they are required to work by their companies. The entire
training programme of the Executive MBA is focused on the innovation topic, thought
according to a three-dimensional point of view. 1.Management innovation, aimed at
conveying a new way of management, through modern management methods that
make people participate in the business processes of technological and economic-
organizational innovation, internationalization of companies and globalization of
markets. 2. Cultural innovation, aimed at conveying not only a new way of thinking,
but
also a greater awareness of one's own potential and the ability to enhance skills and
knowledge. 3. Personal innovation, oriented to develop the ability to learn and
improve.
These objectives are pursued through advanced training methods, that alternate online
training with on-site training. The teaching methods tend to prefer an education based
on practical aspects, on the discussion of business cases and a strong interaction
between participants and professor.
Requirements
The Master is open to all graduates (first level degree in the new system) who have
achieved significant professional experience and who are not in a position to attend a
full-time course due to their occupational position. For foreign candidates the
equivalent
educational qualifications will be considered in the respective academic orders
