If you have been awarded a PhD position (with or without scholarship), you can proceed with enrollment. Remember to check the deadlines set forth in the call for applications you applied for. The procedure is the same for both Italian and international candidates.
If you wish to enroll, you must first accept the position, with or without scholarship, by the deadline set forth in the call for applications. You can then enroll through the Online Services procedure.
If you earned a degree from a foreign institution, you must submit the following documents by the start of the program, according to the procedures communicated by the Doctoral School Office:
Final degree (diploma) in the original language and an official translation into Italian
Final certificate listing exams passed and a translation into Italian
One of the following three documents:
- Declaration of Value (DOV) issued by the diplomatic mission of the country to which the degree is assigned
- Certification issued by ENIC-NARIC centers (certificate of verification)
- Diploma supplement in English
Some international doctoral programs may have specific admission procedures defined within the agreement itself.
