Enrollment renewal

To register for the new academic year, you must log in to your personal page in Online Services and click on "Doctoral Career."

You can complete registration for the new academic year only if you have received the academic year transition evaluation from the Teaching Committee.

If your doctoral student position is without a scholarship, you must also:

• be up-to-date with payments from the previous academic year
• have paid €167.04 (regional tax, stamp duty, and insurance costs).

You can register for the new academic year in the month corresponding to your entry/start date.

For example: for doctoral students starting on November 1st -> registration from November 1st to 30th.

Payment, if due, must be made by the above-mentioned dates exclusively by pagoPA or credit card, following the procedures indicated in “Doctoral Career.”

In all of the above cases, the Faculty Board must register your passing grade: a positive grade will result in your enrollment in the following academic year as a regular student, while a negative grade will result in your enrollment as a repeat student in the same academic year.

You cannot proceed with enrollment if, following the evaluation, you have been excluded from the doctoral program.

If you hold a scholarship from the Polytechnic, you must still apply for enrollment in the new academic year following the procedures indicated in "Doctoral Career."
