Am I an Innovator?

Am I an Innovator? is the guidance pathway offered by the Politecnico di Milano Career Service and specifically designed for Bachelor of Science students. The initiative helps students discover their innovative potential and approach the world of entrepreneurship through an engaging experience that guides them in exploring the different dimensions of the innovator, helping them understand which one best suits each of them.

The pathway begins with the Innovator Group Assessment, the first step in testing oneself. From there, together with a Career Advisor, each student can build a tailored pathway aligned with their ambitions and goals.

The programme offers various opportunities, towards which students are directed on the basis of the results emerging from the Innovator Group Assessment and with the support of a Career Advisor. Some of the possible pathways are:

• STARTUP BOOTCAMP
  A guidance and training pathway to become a startupper and patent an idea
• STARTUP FIRST EXPERIENCE
  An immersive experience to simulate the creation and organisation of a startup
• INNOVATION SESSIONS
  A series of webinars dedicated to the profile of the innovator
• CAREER MENTORING FOR WOMEN WITH STARTUPPERS
  A career guidance pathway designed to support female students and PhD candidates

The programme is aimed at Bachelor of Science students at Politecnico di Milano who wish to explore the world of entrepreneurship and discover which direction is most in line with their aptitudes and aspirations.

Am I an Innovator? is more than a simple guidance pathway: it is a concrete opportunity to challenge oneself, develop greater awareness and begin a path of personal and professional growth. A first step towards defining their future in the world of innovation and entrepreneurship more clearly.
