Activities
The Doctoral School's administrative offices are responsible for the following activities:
- Support for the Doctoral School's collegial decisions
- Management of major projects
- Interaction with external departments and organizations
- Support for defining the competition procedure
- Support for managing the Study Manifestos
- Data evaluation and analysis
- Budget preparation
- Organization and management of the School's courses
- Organization of ceremonies, School conferences, events, newsletters, communications, and publications
- Management of the School's website
- Support for the activation and renewal of doctoral programs
- Support for the stipulation of agreements with third parties for scholarships, double doctorates, and co-tutelle
- Competition and scholarship procedures: preparation of the call for applications, management of committee minutes, management of rankings, reserves and replacements, management of foreign doctoral students, management of relationships with coordinators for scholarships and additional contributions
- Management of enrollment and Policards
- Management of doctoral student careers: Certifications, study plans, registration of transition reports, course reports, transfers and withdrawals, extensions, suspensions, tuition and fees management, final exam admission management, issuing of qualifications, thesis submission
- Support for incoming PhD students
- Management of the School of Specialization in Conservation of Cultural Heritage: enrollment, careers, and exits
