Descrizione dell'iniziativa
The Peer Leadership & Communication course provides practical tools to develop leadership skills in organizational contexts. It also offers an overview of recruitment processes and how the job market works, helping students better navigate it and enhance their profile. Particular attention is given to effective communication, both offline and online, with a focus on public speaking, personal branding, and the conscious use digital channels.
