Descrizione dell'iniziativa

The Learning Lab represents a gateway to professional opportunities in leading data center companies in Italy that are members of IDA – Italian Datacenter Association. The companies supporting the initiative offer a training program to a maximum of 25 students who wish to pursue a future career in the development and management of data centers throughout Italy. This excellence program for young talents in the Real Estate sector is organized through a collaboration between IDA – Italian Datacenter Association and REC – Real Estate Center of the Department of Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with organizational support from IPN – Italian PropTech Network and CISE. The Learning Lab includes 25 hours:

• 21 hours of in-person classroom learning (5 half-day sessions)
• 4 hours of recruiting activities (for internships and initial job placement)

On the final day of classroom instruction, there will be an assessment test to verify the acquisition of the fundamental content. The program is carefully designed by IDA and REC, based on the skills expected by the supporting companies for the professional roles to be integrated into their respective organizations. It includes theoretical content, case studies, and company testimonials.
