Its 15 faculties work on education, while the research activity is organized and managed by departments and research groups. There are 15 campuses in most of the cities of Flanders. All courses are provided in English, but you can also choose French as language for study. Politecnico di Milano has Erasmus and Double Degree agreements with this institution.

The agreement is open between the Engineering Schools of Politecnico di Milano and the Faculty of Engineering Science of KATHOLIEKE UNIVERSITEIT LEUVEN. You will then be able to look for the Master of Science that best matches your academic career only within this Faculty at the Leuven campus. 1st OPTION Once you have obtained the three-year L qualification and you have completed the enrollment in the 1st year of the LM at Politecnico di Milano, you acquire the right to attend the 1st and 2nd year of a Master of Science course at KATHOLIEKE UNIVERSITEIT LEUVEN, thanks to the Double Degree agreement. You will have to attend courses and any other didactic activities planned, up to reach a total of 120 credits, including the graduation work.According to the agreement, 60 of the 120 credits received at the partner university are recognized as equivalent by the professor of reference for the international mobility of your study programme at Politecnico di Milano.Once you have finished your academic career at KATHOLIEKE UNIVERSITEIT LEUVEN, you must come back to Politecnico di Milano and attend the 2nd year of LM and obtain the remaining 60 credits.The final work is a personal work and it is produced under the supervision of two supervisors, one from Politecnico di Milano and one from the partner university, and it must be discussed in both institutions. 2nd OPTION Once you have completed the 1st year of the LM at Politecnico di Milano, you will acquire the right to attend the 1st and 2nd year of a Master of Science course at KATHOLIEKE UNIVERSITEIT LEUVEN, thanks to the Double Degree agreement.You will have to attend courses and any other didactic activities planned, up to reach a total of 120 credits, including the graduation work.According to the agreement, 60 of the 120 credits received at the partner university are recognized as equivalent by the professor of reference for the international mobility of your study programme at Politecnico di Milano.
