We are looking for new Ambassadors for the upcoming EXPO@POLIMI events
After the first events dedicated to India and Iran, Expo@Polimi project will restart in spring.
If you would like to showcase your country of origin or a country you are passionate about, you can apply as an Ambassador and take part directly in the events or simply share ideas and materials. The Ambassadors, supported by a Campus Life team, will be able to propose photographic exhibitions, short film screenings, artistic performances, calligraphy workshops, dances and musical performances, exhibitions of handicrafts, sensory experiences, and much more!
The next featured countries will be those that collect the highest number of Ambassador applications.
To apply, please fill in this FORM by February 25 and you will be contacted by email.
The events
India
The first events were held on May 21st, in celebration of the World Day for Cultural Diversity, at Leonardo Campus and on May 27th at Bovisa Durando Campus: students and staff took us on a discovery of INDIA through music, dances, workshops, photo exhibitions, and tastings of traditional dishes.
Iran
On October 2nd at the Leonardo campus and on October 7th at the Bovisa Durando campus, we had the opportunity to travel to a new country: Iran. We immersed ourselves in Persian culture thanks to the various activities organized by Iranian students and Alumni together with the Campus Life division: from calligraphy workshops to traditional dance lessons, from acting performances to musical shows. We then tasted some typical dishes and discovered various curiosities about this country through exhibition panels and artistic works.
