Politecnico di Milano and the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) sign partnership agreement

Politecnico di Milano and the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) have entered into a significant partnership agreement aimed at promoting joint initiatives in the technology, training, and research fields. This agreement marks the beginning of a strategic partnership that fosters innovation, improves academic and professional training, and supports digital transformation projects.

The agreement, signed by Politecnico di Milano Rector Donatella Sciuto, and Agency Director Roberto Alesse, lays the foundations for joint work in several areas, including applied research, development of innovative solutions, design of educational programmes, and participation in European funding opportunities. The two institutions will cooperate to support the education of students and staff through innovative teaching methods and research on topics of scientific relevance.

Among the partnership’s main objectives are the advancement of studies in technological innovation, the implementation of innovative solutions across the public and private sectors, and the enhancement of training programmes to boost the country’s competitiveness in the technology domain.

The agreement will last 36 months and can be renewed for an additional three years. It provides for the mobilisation of resources, expertise, and infrastructure by both institutions.
