Total exemption from the all-inclusive contribution for certified disability or impairment
If you have a certified disability rate of 66% or more, or an impairment (*), please contact the Multichance - Equal Opportunities Service ,at multichance@polimi.it, at least ten working days before enrollment or before the first instalment due date or the qualification is obtained, for students enrolled in subsequent years.

Total exemption from the all-inclusive contribution, regional tax and stamp duty, provided for by law 118/1971
The exemption is provided for the following categories of students:
- mutilated and disabled civilians with a decrease in working capacity of more than two thirds
- children of recipients of disability pensions under Articles 2 and 12 of Italian Law 118/1971
- war orphans, disabled veterans, blind civilians, work or service disabled and their children
Submit a Self-Certificate (PDF), via the online desk at least ten working days prior to enrolment, or, if you are enrolled in subsequent years, by the first payment deadline or before obtaining your degree.
Specify:
- exemption of interest;
- information about the institution certifying the condition or granting the disability pension for civil invalidity: name of the institution, branch and certified email address;
- the personal information and tax code of the qualifying parent;
- the number and date of the provision issued by the institution;
