Description
The aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills that have become necessary in recent years for those working in this professional field. These skills build on traditional HR activities and competencies, but guide their contribution in three specific directions: a strategic approach informed by extensive use of data in decision- making, a strong focus on environmental and social sustainability and inclusion, and openness to the most innovative technologies available today in the HR field, starting with artificial intelligence. Additionally, the course offers the necessary skills for HR managers to intervene assertively and creatively in organizational (re-)design processes.
Educational project
The goal of the course is to guide the HR Manager's contribution in three specific directions: - A strategic approach based on extensive use of data for decision-making - A strong focus on environmental, social, and inclusion sustainability - Openness to innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university systems.
