In the current context, the correct use of data is a strategic lever for companies, entrepreneurs, and managers, and it is crucial for driving business transformation. A data-driven approach optimizes processes, anticipates market trends, and supports informed decision-making, generating lasting competitive advantages. The course offers comprehensive training for professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs, combining strategic vision with practical application of data analysis tools. It provides essential skills to interpret diverse information sources and transform data into valuable insights for various business areas. With the rapid acceleration of Artificial Intelligence, understanding how Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI solutions are changing operational and decision-making processes is vital. The Major includes in-depth sessions on actual use cases, showing how these technologies support innovative strategies, risk management, and growth opportunities. Key topics covered in the program include: - Decision Support: The evolving managerial role in complex contexts where predictive models and machine learning algorithms are central to decision-making. - Data Quality and Data Governance: Defining processes and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance, essential for generating reliable insights. - Impact of Data and AI: Benefits and challenges of adopting AI solutions in management, focusing on aligning business objectives with analysis tools. - Infonomics: The ""value"" of data and its influence on digitizing company operating models, including data monetization. - New Managerial Skills: Evolving skills for managers and professionals to lead teams and innovative projects in a data-driven environment. The common thread is creating a data-driven mindset, viewing data as a strategic asset. The concept of Infonomics highlights how digitization can revolutionize business models and internal processes."

Educational project

The program provides participants the opportunity to develop interdisciplinary skills and gain a comprehensive view of the potential that data-driven technologies can express in various organizational contexts. Main Educational Objectives Design and manage data-driven strategies. Identify and use advanced analysis technologies and tools. Create new business opportunities. Lead teams and promote a data culture. Concept of Infonomics and Digitization of Operating Models The ""common thread"" linking the various teaching modules is the centrality of the ""value"" of data, represented by the concept of Infonomics. The main objective is to provide participants with the tools to: Understand the complexity of making decisions in highly uncertain contexts; Evaluate and leverage the strategic value of artificial intelligence, data, and analysis technologies, maximizing their impact on business performance; Recognize pitfalls and best practices for effectively integrating AI and data into the decision-making process; Gain an overview of data management and the state of the art of available technologies; Analyze Data Transformation and how it is redefining the way companies operate, influencing processes, structures, and organizational cultures; Explore techniques and strategies to enhance data, from collection to visualization and interpretation. Data Governance, Architecture, and Visualization Particular attention is given to aspects of Data Governance. The course covers: The main governance models, essential for ensuring data consistency, quality, and security; cloud infrastructures and basic concepts of data warehousing, data lakes; data visualization techniques, essential for effectively communicating insights extracted from data to all stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor/Master of Science. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university systems.
