Description
The master is based on in-depth technical training in operations, with two fundamental pillars (Operations Management and Operations Improvement), in addition to technological and methodological enablers. The enablers are made available as basic elements, plus some provided in elective mode (your choice). To these courses are added general management and soft skill modules, consistent with a purely managerial master's degree. The path ends with an experiential project work, to be carried out with the partner companies of the project.
Educational project
The objective of the master is to train the Chief Operations Officers of the future, that is a figure who integrates the different professional skills of the operational part of the company so that the best product (or service) is offered in the shortest time, with the best quality, at the best price, respecting the environment. In addition to a systemic vision, this figure will have an extensive knowledge of digital technologies as enabling factors and as a lever to obtain superior performance and a significant competitive advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degrees. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective university systems.
