Description
The Master combines the planning ability of design, the strategic vision of marketing and the effectiveness of delivery given by the use of A.I. This approach trains professionals who combine strategic vision and technical skills, developed thanks to: - learning a solid design method based on Design Thinking > prepares them to face different scenarios and to break down and recompose complexity. - training in process mapping > teaches you to understand an organization and identify where to act in terms of people, channels and tools to achieve objectives. - constant work with companies from different sectors > teaches you to speak their language and offer concrete and scalable solutions. Teaching modules: - Inspiring Digital Transformer Squad: What does innovation by design mean and why are people the real driver of change? -Listening: How to read the market and identify data driven needs and opportunities? How to use A.I. to broaden the range of design questions? - Strategy: How is business value generated with digital, what is the identity of a brand based on and how is its position in the market defined? How to use A.I. to analyze and investigate the market and competitors? - PW 1: How does a management consulting team work to respond to a client's request? - Design: How can digital and design respond to a need through a marketing and communication concept? How to use A.I. to view it? - Go to market: How to design and implement effective digital strategies? How to use A.I. for content creation and advertising campaigns? PW 2 How do you work to respond to a customer's request? Career Design How to design a career path in line with your identity? How to approach meeting with companies (It's a Match initiative)? Internship How to put into practice what you learned during the Master in a first experience in the world of work
Educational project
The Master trains professionals capable of designing and implementing strategies for business, marketing and process innovation through the design methodology and with the help of new technologies, primarily AI. It is dedicated to people with different backgrounds who have completed a bachelor or master course and are looking for professional acceleration in a context that takes care of both professional and personal evolution. It is a path for those who want to work in the field of innovation of companies in different sectors, marketing consultancy and business transformation, maintaining an approach that puts the human being at the center and acting as first catcher in the use of AI. The Specializing Master spreads the Design Thinking approach in contexts usually covered by other disciplines and aims to bring design into the managerial field as a differentiating asset for the leadership of the future capable of dealing with the complexity of constantly changing markets. In particular, it draws on the following aspects of design culture: attention to listening to grasp the needs of the changing market in advance, the openness to integrating different industries to find innovative solutions, and the ability to become cultural translators to create narratives that make innovation understandable. The teaching method is centered on learning by doing and includes continuous moments of exchange and planning with companies. On the one hand, exercises and project work in which students work as management consultancy and innovation teams for multinationals, SMEs, startups and public administrations; and on the other, moments of dialogue with c-levels, company visits, interviews with HR and an immersive week at a consultancy firm in Milan. The professionalizing empowerment ends with a three-month internship in one of the partner companies. Professional growth is accompanied by personal growth: the Career Design path trains people to recognize aptitudes, skills and motivations to plan their future actively and independently, in accordance with their identity.
Requirements
The First Level Specialising Master is addressed to candidates holding a Bachelor or Master degree or First or Second Level Academic Diploma Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered.
