UNIVERSIDADE DO VALE DO RIO DOS SINOS - UNISINOS

The Universidade Do Vale Do Rio Dos Sinos (UNISINOS), established in 1999, is a Brazilian private university with the main campus located in Southern Brazil, in the city of Sao Leopoldo. The Schools are innovative and provide a new transverse ingredient, which is to articulate, integrate and promote theoretical and methodological discussions in the pursuit of academic excellence from theme strategically defined by Unisinos. Although each School offers a set of courses, programs, projects and research activities in differents technical and non technical areas, inclding several fields of engineering. The Escola da Industria Criativa offers programmes in design.Unisinos implements internationalization initiatives within its different levels of education, counting with the support of the Office of International and National Relations. These actions reflect the strategy of making the University a global research institution, aiming to promote regional development based on international standards of excellence.
