Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) a leading technical research university with a long tradition, located in the picturesque city of Prague is the oldest technical university in Europe, founded in 1707.IT provides high-quality university education through an extensive portfolio of primarily engineering branches of study, conducts basic and applied research and numerous scientific projects with great emphasis on industrial use and applications. DOUBLE DEGREE UE
Students from PoliMi will complete a total number of a minimum of 150 ECTS, including thesis and internship, to be achieved in 5 semesters, three at the home Institution and two at the host Institution. In order to obtain POLIMI’s title, students must obtain at least 60 ECTS credits of courses at POLIMI (excluding Internship and Final Thesis). The Internship is mandatory for the Italian title, for a minimum of hours that has to comply with what is foreseen by the regulations of the study course concerned. Students will have to complete at least two semesters at their home Institution before leaving for the partner Institution. The final thesis shall be written in English with abstracts in the other 2 remaining languages (ltalian and Czech), with supervisors of both universities, to be presented and publicly discussed at both institutions (if necesseray an online discussion is allowed upon previous consent of the Deans). Thereafter they will be awarded the "Laurea Magistrale in Architecture LM-4" at the POLIMI and the "Inženýr architekt" at the FA CTU The general program of studies must be approved in advance by both institutions for each student enrolled.
