Executive Program in Flex Digital Transformation

Educational project

The Executive FLEX Course has some fundamental training objectives: - To provide a holistic view of the strategic, entrepreneurial and organizational impact of digital innovation and its main macro-trends; - To deepen the links between the fundamental concepts and processes of Digital Innovation , Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy, providing a rich portfolio of models, approaches, techniques and tools for their analysis, design, execution and governance; - Strengthen and extend managerial and entrepreneurial skills in relation to the opportunity to leverage digital technologies to consolidate existing business models or create and validate new ones, through systematic methodologies such as the Lean Startup Approach and Agile Development and in an increasingly open and collaborative way; - Provide a broad and critical overview of the main technologies and application solutions, with particular reference to scenarios and to the ""wave technolog emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Blockchain, Industry 4.0, Big Data & Analytics, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, eCommerce, Mobile & Onmichannel Communication and Robots & Industry 4.0: - Ensure maximum flexibility and interaction for participants, through the delivery of contents in online mode and ""FLEX"". enhance managerial skills related to governance and business-oriented management of ICT; provide a broad and critical overview of the main technologies and application solutions, with particular reference to emerging technological scenarios; understand the multiple opportunities for business innovation that can arise from new technologies

Requirements

Bachelor of science. For applicants holding foreign degrees, the equivalent qualifications of the respective university systems will be considered.
