Description
The Executive Program in Innovation Management is designed to provide an educational experience that combines the latest scientific knowledge with practical experience to equip participants with the essential skills to guide the development of innovation activities and product development in complex organizations. In fact, the program is designed to meet the needs of managers and professionals interested in acquiring or strengthening their skills in the field of innovation management, developing the capacity to promote effective change within your organisation.
Educational project
The Program aims to develop among the participants the fundamental skills for those who aspire to play the role of Innovation Manager: - Develop the ability to lead innovation processes and engage your team in innovation projects, developing a clear and shared vision. - Develop the ability to express an original and strategic vision, to outline new competitive scenarios, to evaluate the impact on the brand, to manage relations with creative resources and with key players, both internal and external to your organization. - Develop the ability to enhance the analytical dimension and the creative dimension of the different phases of the design of a new product/service/business model, from needs analysis to the identification of technological opportunities, from architectural design to market launch. - Develop the ability to understand the potential for value creation by collaborating with innovative ecosystems, to effectively design and manage open innovation initiatives, and capture value from Open Innovation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master of Science. Equivalent foreign degrees in their repective University System will be considered valid.
