Description

The course aims to provide specific professional skills for those who work or intend to work in the field of public contracting with a special focus on the sector of tenders and public services. In this perspective, the course combines legal skills with the necessary technical, economic and managerial knowledge, to better respond to the needs of the Public Administration and of business people and professionals who collaborate with it.

Educational project

The course aims to provide an overview of the legal framework applicable to public contracts, with specific reference to the application of fundamental domestic and European legislation procurement related to the award of life-cicle public contracts, through to the presentation of practical cases, examined in light of the jurisprudential contributions. In this perspective, new skills, management tools, relationships between the various figures involved (administration, Project managers, entrepreneurs, managers of public services) and responsibility profiles will be defined.
