Description

The Executive Program in Innovation Management is an in-person lecture program and has a duration of about 10 months corresponding to a total of 25 CFUs. Students will be able to customize their path by choosing between 3 specializations. At the end of the training there is a final project (project work) for a total of 7 CFUs; the project work can be carried out at the company of one of the participants or concern the development of a new business idea.

Educational project

The Executive Program in Innovation Management allows to complete the cycle of the three core competencies for those who aspire to play the role of Innovation Manager, whether internal (e.g., entrepreneur, manager) or external (e.g., strategy consultant) to the organization: - Innovation Leader, or the ability to lead innovation processes and engage one's team in innovation projects, developing a clear and shared vision. - Innovation Strategy, i.e., the ability to express an original strategic vision, outline new competitive scenarios, assess brand impacts, and manage relationships with creative resources and key players, both internal and external to one's organization; - Design Thinking, or the ability to enhance the analytical and creative dimensions of the different stages of designing a new product/service, from needs analysis to the identification of technological opportunities, from architectural design to market launch; On these three basic skills are then developed 5 specializations, with the aim of developing different skills to emerge in the world of innovation.

Bachelor of Science. For international applicants, the equivalent qualifications of the respective university systems will be considered
