Description

The cultural context is experiencing a profound phase of change, accelerated by the Covid-19 emergency. The actions and strategies of the recent past appear in some cases already surpassed by the trends of the cultural market, which proceeds with rapidity and continuous reversals. Cultural professionals will be at the center of new challenges that require innovative, broad and applied management training, capable of extending and diversifying the range of skills of the cultural manager and applying them to different sectors of activity (from cultural heritage conservation to museum valorization, from event organization to tourism, from digital programming to communication). The Executive Program in CULTURAL MANAGEMENT intends to develop cultural project management skills in order to open up new professional paths for course participants, with profiles such as project managers specialized in the cultural sector, marketing managers in the cultural sector, and event organizers, in order to enter or re-enter the complex and diversified world of cultural economies. The didactic plan of the Executive Program in CULTURAL MANAGEMENT foresees three lines of work that interact with each other and are structured in such a way as to develop all areas of cultural work: Author's Lessons (a journey of discovery of cultural work with the masters of the sector), Project Management Workshops (a toolkit of tools for designing in complexity), Project Work (a concrete project to experience cultural work), Career Development (a concluding path to strengthen professional skills in the field). The Executive Program in CULTURAL MANAGEMENT is divided into four modules, organized as follows: Fundamentals of Strategy for Culture, Project Management for Culture, Fundraising and Impacts of Cultural Actions, Marketing and Event Management for Culture.

Educational project
