Description

The Master wants to develop a new generation of professionals operating in the field of innovation and research in the public, private and civil society sectors. The Master provides unique skills and abilities, ranging from the critical reading of contemporary socio-economic and environmental macro trends, to the understanding of emerging innovation and research opportunities, up to the management and optimization of processes in a generative direction of economic value and positive socio- environmental impact of the organizations in which they operate. The MIT Master's aim is to make research, technology and innovation increasingly inclusive with respect to the needs of society and territories, to bring the public and private world closer together to respond together to the social, economic and environmental challenges that await our society.

Educational project

-To identify opportunities for research, innovation and technological development, based on economic, social and environmental needs; - To develop and manage research and innovation projects in public and private organisations, from the purpose for innovation to the generation of economic and social impacts; - To identify and manage the best public and private funding methods for research and development projects and initiatives; - To value in economic, social and environmental terms investments' results in research and innovation, inside and outside public and private organisations; - To understand and assess the economic, social and environmental impacts of technology, research and innovations; - To analyse trends, mechanisms and impacts of public policies for research and innovation.

Requirements

Candidates with a Master of Science will be admitted onto the Specializing Masters. Equivalent foreign qualifications will be considered valid.
